           Privacy and Security

Your privacy and security are always of top concern to us and for that reason we     take these steps.

 

  • We do not store any of your financial information.
  • All transactions are handled strictly on Authorize.net’s secure transaction network.
  • All Service sessions and chats with our technicians are connected using the latest in encryption technology.
  • Any information we do collect like name and address for example is strictly to allow us to identify and serve you and will only be used in the course of normal customer relations.
  • We DO NOT sell any information.

Remote Sessions

  • When the session begins you are asked to run or download a small applet. This applet is only usable during the current support session. Neither you nor the technician will be able to reconnect without establishing a new session.
  • You can regain control of the mouse at anytime simply by "grabbing" it away.
  • You can end a session at any time by clicking the Exit button on the screen.
  • You can watch everything the technician does.
